It was first reported last month that Samsung is working on two new Galaxy Book Pro laptops. It has already received Bluetooth certification for the new models which will be called the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Pro 360.
We have now heard some information about the specs that these laptops are going to have. Samsung is equipping them with some respectable hardware. For example, the Galaxy Book Pro 360 is going to be offered with 5G connectivity as well.
Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 specs
Samsung is going to offer the new laptops in two sizes – 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch. They're going to have an OLED display which definitely ranks high as a major selling point. That's not all, the Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 are going to have S Pen support as well.
Multiple configurations are going to be available with Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. These are not Chromebooks, mind you, as this lineup is powered by Windows. The Galaxy Book Pro will be available in Wi-Fi and LTE models. The Galaxy Book Pro 360 will get Wi-Fi and 5G models.
Samsung has already released several new laptops recently. They include the Galaxy Book Flex 2 5G, the Notebook Plus 2 and the Galaxy Chromebook 2. The company hasn't confirmed at this time when it plans on launching the new laptops. It has picked up most of its required certifications recently. This suggests that a launch may not be that far off. We'll keep our ear to the ground and let you know as soon as we hear more.
