During the ongoing Amazon Prime Day 2021 sale in India, Samsung is offering discounts on various products, including smartphones, truly wireless earphones, and TVs. The Galaxy Note 20 has received a massive price drop, and it is being reported that this is not temporary. In fact, the smartphone's price has been dropped in both offline and online stores.

The Galaxy Note 20 was launched in India with a price tag of INR 76,999. Now, Samsung is selling it for just INR 54,999, which is a 29% price drop. A new report from 91Mobiles claims that Samsung has dropped the Galaxy Note 20's price permanently for both online and offline stores. In offline stores in India, the smartphone will be sold for INR 59,999. The smartphone now costs less than the iPhone 12, which recently saw a temporary price drop.

This move from the company comes ahead of the announcement of the Galaxy Z Fold 3. If you didn't know already, Samsung will not launch any new Galaxy Note device this year. Instead, it is bringing the S Pen to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. While the foldable smartphone won't have a dedicated slot for the S Pen, you can buy an official S Pen case that has a dedicated slot to store the stylus.

If you want a Galaxy smartphone with an S Pen but don't want to buy a device that lacks a dedicated S Pen slot, then this might be the perfect time to buy the Galaxy Note 20.
