Galaxy S23 series size difference revealed by dummy units

The Galaxy S23 series has never been captured on camera, but dummy units have. And a new photo of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra dummy units has now surfaced, offering a better side-by-side size comparison between the three models.

Dummy units are often used by case manufacturers to make accessories ahead of time, and sometimes, they're used for display by some shops. Generally, they're not very accurate in terms of finish and camera apertures, but their overall dimensions should be identical to the official products.

Although photos of Galaxy S23 dummy units have surfaced before, this is the first time we're seeing all three models next to each other. (via @SonnyDickson)

As expected, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ share the same shape, save for the fact that the Plus model is larger. The back panels are flat, and the corners are round. Each model carries three rear-facing cameras.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a boxier design, but its back panel is not entirely flat. Rather, it curves around the side edges of the phone. It's the largest model, unsurprisingly, and it resembles the Galaxy S22 Ultra more than its smaller siblings.

Samsung just confirmed that the Galaxy S23 series will be unveiled at Unpacked on February 1. And prospective buyers can already reserve the flagship and get $50 in Samsung Credit.
