Yesterday, Samsung launched the Galaxy M14 5G in Ukraine pretty unceremoniously. It is a slightly modified version of the Galaxy A14 5G and the Galaxy F14 5G. Now, it looks like the South Korean firm is planning to bring the Galaxy M14 5G to the Indian market as well, competing with its own Galaxy A14 5G.
The Galaxy M14 5G's support page has gone live on Samsung India's website. The webpage mentions the phone's name along with its model number SM-M146B/DS. 4GB RAM is also mentioned on the webpage, which means that its 4GB RAM version is almost confirmed for the Indian market. The model number also confirms the presence of a dual-SIM card slot in the phone.
Going by Samsung's track record, it won't be long before we see the official unveiling of the Galaxy M14 5G in the Indian market. The smartphone features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 1330 processor and has 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. The phone has a 6,000mAh battery that should last significantly longer than the Galaxy A14 5G's 5,000mAh battery. It supports 15W wired charging.
The phone has a 13MP selfie camera that's capable of recording 1080p 30fps videos. On the rear, the Galaxy M14 5G has a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear camera can record 1080p videos as well. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, GPS, 5G, dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a headphone jack.
