Samsung’s 2023 Smart Monitor series will soon reach the market

Samsung will soon release its new range of Smart Monitors for 2023. They'll be available for pre-order in Korea from April 10 and officially go on sale on the 17th. The lineup consists of three Smart Monitors, and Samsung has prepared gifts for early buyers.

The 2023 Smart Monitor lineup will be available for pre-order from Samsung's online shop in Korea starting April 10. The pre-order period will end on April 17, after which customers can outright buy the monitors.

Customers who buy one of the three Smart Monitors between April 10 and 30 will get a wireless mouse and keyboard for free.

The mouse and keyboard might be the perfect gift for Smart Monitor users that want to use the Workspace feature, which offers a built-in web browser and productivity apps. In addition, Smart Monitors also offer entertainment apps like Netflix and Gaming Hub.

2023 Smart Monitor colors and prices

The series consists of the Smart Monitor M8, Smart Monitor M7, and Smart Monitor M5. The M8 will be available in four colors, including Warm White, Sunset Pink, Daylight Blue, and Spring Green, for 900,000 won ($685).

The Smart Monitor M7 will be available in only one color, Warm White. This variant will cost 850,000 won ($647). And lastly, the Smart Monitor M5, available in black and white, costs between 350,000 and 380,000 won ($266-$289), depending on color and size.

The Smart Monitor M8 features a 32-inch panel with a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The M7 model is also available with a 32-inch panel and can reach 300 nits of brightness. both the M8 and M7 have UHD resolutions. The Smart Monitor M5, meanwhile, is available with a 32 or 27-inch Full HD panel. Samsung hasn't mentioned M5 brightness levels in its official launch story.

The company also didn't mention when the new Smart Monitor 2023 lineup will reach other markets outside of South Korea or what they'll cost once they do.
