Samsung is one small step closer to bringing One UI 5.1.1 to the masses. In case you need a reminder, the company is indeed testing One UI 5.1.1 on select devices in South Korea. But more to the point at hand, the Good Guardians app is now getting an update that adds support for One UI 5.1.1.
Namely, Good Guardians version 4.5.06, rolling out through the Galaxy Store, contains only one line in its changelog, confirming that support for One UI 5.1.1 is now available.
Good Guardians, which was formerly known as Galaxy Labs, offers easy access to system management tools such as:
- Battery Tracker: Track battery statistics in greater detail
- Battery Guardian: Allows users to extend battery life
- Galaxy App Booster: Improve app performance
- Thermal Guardian: A module that helps users monitor and manage device temperature
- Memory Guardian: A utility that lets users free up memory
- Media File Guardian: A media file manager
Through update 4.5.06, One UI 5.1.1 beta testers should now be able to use Good Guardians once again. And, of course, the update guarantees that Good Guardian will be supported by One UI 5.1.1 as soon as the update exits the beta stages and goes live publicly.
Samsung started testing the One UI 5.1.1 beta through the Members app in South Korea earlier this month. It's an update focused on multitasking and productivity for big-screen phones and tablets. Supported devices include the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Tab S8 series.
Galaxy device users can download the latest version of Good Guardians from the Galaxy Store. The app is available only in the USA, Europe, Vietnam, South Korea, and China.
