Last week, Samsung's fifth-generation foldable phones—Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5—were launched in India. The two phones are now available for purchase in the country. During the pre-order phase, the company had some really enticing offers on the devices. Now that the phones are readily available, Samsung is offering cashback and discount offers on the devices.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5 has a starting price of INR 99,999, while the Galaxy Z Fold 5 starts at a price of INR 154,999. Samsung is offering a cashback of INR 7,000 on both phones, but it is only available for purchases where the full amount is paid at once. There is an upgrade bonus of INR 7,000 for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and INR 9,000 for the Galaxy Z Fold 5. Alternatively, Samsung is offering no-cost EMI (no interest on total installments) if either device is purchased using up to a 9-month EMI plan. This offer is only applicable if the purchase is made using an HDFC Bank credit card.

Samsung claimed that both foldable phones sold in India are manufactured locally at its factory in Noida, India. The company claimed that it received over 100,000 pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in India within 28 hours. That's 70% higher than last year, which is a massive jump.
