When it rains, it pours. Samsung started rolling out the third One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy S23 series in the USA moments ago, and it looks like India is now joining the party.
One UI 6.0 beta 3 is now available for Galaxy S23 beta testers in India through a firmware package that weighs around 1.3GB (via @harshatumu98). The update has firmware version S91xBXXU3ZWI8 and includes the September 2023 security patch.

One UI 6.0 is getting closer to its final form
According to the official changelog, the third One UI 6.0 beta firmware focuses mostly on bug fixes. However, there are a couple of new Video Player features included, and there may be others that haven't been mentioned in the patch notes. We'll keep you posted as soon as we notice anything new.
Although One UI 6.0 seems to be getting better, the third beta firmware does contain some bugs. Known issues include the Kids app not working (but Samsung says it will work in mid-September), an onboarding failure when login is restarted after Samsung Pass initialization and Samsung account logout, a Google Assistant swipe gesture error, and an issue with voice recognition for the “Answer the phone” command.
If you want to access the One UI 6.0 beta program on the Galaxy S23 in India, you should be able to apply for access through the Samsung Members app. Check out this link before you do. You'll find everything you need to know before joining a Samsung beta program.
