Stop the presses, people. Samsung is rolling out the stable Android 14 and One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy S23 lineup. The Galaxy S23's One UI 6.0 update was available as a beta for users in some countries, and that is now being turned to stable with the new update for all Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra owners around the world who participated in the One UI 6.0 Beta Program.
Galaxy S23 gets stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update for beta testers
Samsung has released the stable Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update in Germany to those who are using the beta version of Android 14 (One UI 6.0). This update comes with firmware version S916BXXU3BWJM and has a download size of around 350MB. Other countries where the One UI 6.0 Beta Program is available will also likely get the stable update today. The company will likely release a stable update for all other users who are currently running Android 13 on their Galaxy S23 series devices, and that update will be a lot bigger.
You will be able to download the stable update by tapping the Download and install option in the Software update section of the phone's settings once the update has been released in your country. Android 14 firmware will also be available in our archives soon for manual updating to the new software.
One UI 6.0 is one of the more interesting One UI updates launched in the last couple of years. It brings a lot of useful new features to the operating system and to various Samsung apps, along with a number of minor improvements and changes that all come together to make the user experience better.
