Samsung has released the third One UI 6.0 beta update to the Galaxy F23 5G in India. This update comes a month after the first Android 14-based One UI 6.0 beta update hit the Galaxy F23 in the country. More beta updates could be released to the smartphone before it gets the stable Android 14 update.
Galaxy F23 gets third One UI 6.0 update with bug fixes
The latest One UI 6.0 beta update (via @SamsungSWUpdate) for the Galaxy F23 comes with firmware version E236BXXU4ZWK1. It has a download size of around 704MB and brings the November 2023 security patch. It is a bug-fixing update and focuses on improving the stability and reliability of the software. According to the changelog, the third One UI 6.0 beta update fixes an issue that appeared in the app launcher's multitasking menu. It also updates Secure Folder to stop Google Chrome inside it from crashing.
According to Samsung, image and video thumbnails in the Gallery app have also improved. The new software now offers improved clean-up suggestions for content stored on the phone. The company also says that the third One UI 6.0 beta update improves the software stability of the Galaxy F23.
If you have already registered your Galaxy F23 in the One UI 6.0 Beta Program, you can now check for the third One UI 6.0 beta update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. The Galaxy F23 was launched with Android 12 onboard, and it received the Android 13 update late last year. Android 14-based One UI 6.0 is the last major Android OS update for the Galaxy F23.
