The list of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets that have received the November 2023 security update is getting bigger as the month goes by. This week, various foldable phones from the company have been updated, and Samsung has now released an update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 as well.
The initial release of the latest Galaxy Z Flip 4 update has taken place in the USA, similar to the updates for the other foldables (including the Z Flip 5, the latest device in Samsung's vertically folding phone lineup). And similar to those devices, the Z Flip 4's new firmware has nothing but security enhancements to offer.
The security enhancements include fixes for five critical vulnerabilities in the core Android OS and 40+ high and moderate-risk vulnerabilities. The November patch also fixes 17 security flaws that affect Samsung One UI, the customized version of Android that you use on your Galaxy phone and tablet. More details here if you're interested.
