You might recall our report from precisely one week ago, informing Galaxy S23 users that Samsung is delaying the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update in South Korea. Well, we have some good news! The stable One UI 6.0 update is now finally rolling out in Korea.
The stable One UI 6.0 update includes the November 2023 security patch. It weighs a little over 3GB and can be identified by firmware version S91xNKSU2BWK7 (via @tarunvats33).
Samsung first rolled out the stable One UI 6.0 update for Galaxy S23 users in Europe at the end of October. The update also went live in the USA almost a week ago.
As far as the delayed release in Korea is concerned, the company didn't explain why the One UI 6.0 release was pushed back. But whatever the case may be, now that the stable update is available for the Galaxy S23 on the company's home turf, we're guessing more markets should get One UI 6.0 soon.

Through One UI 6.0, Samsung enhanced and/or added dozens upon dozens of features:
- The mobile photography experience was improved in numerous ways.
- The Quick Toggle area was redesigned.
- A new One UI Sans font is now available.
- Multitasking has been improved with pop-up windows that stay open after accessing the recent apps screen.
- 2-hand drag and drop from one app to another is improved.
- Samsung Keyboard emojis are redesigned.
- Notifications can be sorted by time, and the notification panel's layout is enhanced.
- Finder now offers quick actions for apps.
- The lock screen clock can be moved around and placed in a custom location.
There are many other One UI 6.0 features to look forward to. Galaxy S23 users can now experience them, even in Korea, but Samsung is expected to release the update for more Galaxy devices — including the S22 series — before the end of the year. Stay tuned!
