Samsung has released the November 2023 security update to the Galaxy A52 5G. The company released the new security update to some other mid-range phones, including the Galaxy A52s 5G, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A54, a few days ago.
Galaxy A52 5G gets November 2023 security update, starting with Europe
The new software update for the Galaxy A52 5G comes with firmware version A526BXXS5EWJ5. It is a minor software update and is available in Austria, Ireland, and Spain right now. We expect other European countries to get this software update over the next few days. The Galaxy A52 5G in other regions could get the new software update before the end of this month.
The November 2023 security patch included in this update brings fixes for over 65 vulnerabilities found in the previous software version. The update doesn't bring any new features or performance updates.
If you have a Galaxy A52 5G in any of the countries mentioned above, you can check for the new update on your device right away. You can do that by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
