Samsung says it is using “Dream Chip” as an internal project name. So, even though that name exists, it has nothing to do with any plans for rebranding the Exynos line, Samsung says.
Samsung Semiconductor claims that “All rumors regarding rebranding are not true,” which most likely means that the upcoming Exynos 2400 will be called Exynos. The “Dream Chip” name is used internally bu won't be used commercially, and it sounds like Samsung has no plans to rebrand the Exynos line of products.
There's always a possibility that Samsung may want to rebrand Exynos eventually, but as of now, the company has no such plans.

Samsung may have had enough of Exynos and could go for a rebranding next year. The Exynos chip brand doesn't have the best reputation nowadays, and a pretty wild rumor says that Samsung will rename its silicon to “Dream Chip.”
Rumors of a “Dream Team” have been floating around for more than a year, and supposedly, it's a team of high-level engineers working on the next-generation Exynos 2400 SoC and working diligently to secure the future of Exynos after its recent letdowns.
The last available flagship Exynos chip, the 2200, didn't have a good launch in early 2022. The Galaxy S22 series powered by the Exynos 2200 was marred by issues early on. Things got optimized and the chip works much better now, but many Samsung fans feel that they've had enough of Exynos, especially after Samsung took a break from developing high-end Exynos chips for a year and equipped the Galaxy S23 series with a superior Qualcomm-made SoC worldwide. Many Galaxy phone users don't want to go back to Exynos.
Now, an X (formerly Twitter) tipster says that Samsung will go one step further in its efforts to regain the trust of its customers and will do a massive rebranding.

According to @OreXda on X, Samsung's future chips will no longer be called Exynos. The company is rebranding to “Dream Chip” – a name that sounds heavily inspired by the aforementioned “Dream Team.”
Is there weight to this rumor?
Exactly how Samsung will differentiate between so-called Dream Chips is unclear, especially since the source suggests that the rebranding from Exynos to Dream Chip will happen across the lineup rather than just for flagship chipsets.
It's worth noting that the source behind this rumor doesn't have the most accurate track record, so it's better to take this information with a pinch of salt. Among other things, the same source also wrongly predicted the release of the Galaxy Buds 2 Live this year and an Exynos 2300 chip that would power the Galaxy S22 FE and the Galaxy Tab S8 FE — none of which turned out to be correct.
Nevertheless, given the relatively bad reputation of Exynos, it's not hard to imagine Samsung possibly wanting to rebrand its chip line in 2024. It might even be a good idea. But whether or not it will happen and whether Exynos will be called “Dream Chip” is to be determined.
Presumably, the Galaxy S24 series would be the first Samsung phone to sport the alleged Dream Chip.
