In a One UI 6.0 release roadmap sent to customers through the Members app last month, Samsung claimed it aims to bring the Android 14-based update to the Galaxy A33 in December. And for once, the roadmap was accurate. One UI 6.0 is now rolling out!
The Galaxy A33 One UI 6.0 update in Europe carries firmware version A336BXXU7DWK6. The package weighs 2.3GB and includes the November 2023 security patch.
Samsung's low-cost Galaxy A33 is joining other phones that have also received One UI 6.0, many of which are more expensive. Check out our video below for an overview of One UI 6.0.
Our video showcases the many changes brought by One UI 6.0 to the Galaxy S23. However, some features might be missing from the less powerful Galaxy A33. You can read our definitive guide to all the new One UI 6.0 features for more details on the Android 14-based update.

One UI 6.0 for the A33 should bring visual changes, including a redesigned quick toggle area and Media Controller widget, as well as a new system-wide font called One UI Sans. Many Samsung apps should also be updated with new features and UI tweaks.
