In September 2023, Amazon announced the Echo Hub, “Amazon’s first smart home control panel that makes connecting and managing smart devices intuitive,” in the US for USD 179.99. Back then, the company said that it would make the product available to purchase in the country later that year. However, that didn’t happen.
Well, after a delay of a couple of months, Amazon has finally made the Echo Hub available to purchase in the US. You can purchase it in the ‘Device only’ configuration for USD 179.99, which comes with a wall mount, or ‘with Stand’ for USD 209.98, which comes with a desk stand, allowing you to place it on a table or a countertop.
The Echo Hub features Alexa, an 8-inch display, and support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter, Sidewalk, Thread, and Zigbee, which means that it will be compatible with a wide array of smart home products, allowing you to control all of them from a single place. In fact, it is one of the most affordable products to offer these features.
