Yesterday, Samsung released the March 2024 security patch for the international variant of the Galaxy A54 5G for Europe, which carries the model number SM-A546B. Now, the company has started rolling out the same security update for the international variant of the Galaxy A54 5G for Asia, which comes with the model number SM-A546E.
The software update will change the firmware version of the phone to A546EXXS6BXC1. The March 2024 security patch that brings, fixes a total of 45 security issues, among which, 36 come from Google and 9 come from Samsung. Apart from that, the update doesn’t offer anything else, may it be new features, performance upgrades, or bug fixes.
Currently, the update is live in Caucasus Countries, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. We expect Samsung to make the update available in other regions in the next couple of days. The company is also expected to start releasing One UI 6.1 by the end of this month.
