Samsung has released a new security update to one more mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A52s. Other mid-range devices, including the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A54, have already started getting the March 2024 security update in several countries worldwide.
Galaxy A52s gets March 2024 update in Europe and Latin America
The latest software update for the Galaxy A52s comes bearing firmware version A528BXXS6FXC1. It is available in various European and Latin American countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Guatemala, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay. The March 2024 security patch included in this update fixes 44 security vulnerabilities discovered in the previous software.
If you have a Galaxy A52s and live in any of the countries mentioned above, you can check for the new update right now. You can do that by opening the Settings app on your phone, navigating to Software update, and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
The Galaxy A52s was launched in mid-2021 with Android 11 onboard. The phone received the Android 12 update in late 2021 and the Android 13 update in late 2022.
