Galaxy Z Flip 5 owners can now download the One UI 6.1 update, as Samsung has finally kicked off the rollout of the latest software for Galaxy devices.

The US is the first market to get it, with Verizon rolling out the update to devices on its network. The update sports the firmware version F731USQU2CXCF.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is one of the few Samsung phones that are eligible to receive the Galaxy S24's AI features, and you can check out the video below for details on how those features can enhance your user experience.

To check if One UI 6.1 is out in your country, navigate to its Settings » Software update menu and hit the Download and install button. At nearly 3GB, this is a big download, so make sure you use a Wi-Fi connection or a data plan with sufficient bandwidth.

One UI 6.1 will first be released for flagship Galaxy smartphones and tablets that launched in 2023, which include the Galaxy S23/S23+/S23 Ultra/S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9/S9+/S9 Ultra.

While the rollout of the update has started today, it could take up to a week or two to reach every country. In the meantime, be sure to watch the video below for a detailed look at One UI 6.1 and the exciting features it brings to Galaxy devices.
