Gemini is Google's newest AI-powered digital assistant, and it will slowly replace Google Assistant. And for that to happen, Gemini needs support for more languages, access in more countries, and integration with more services. Google is doing just that with a new move.
Gemini gets support for more languages and is available in more countries
The Gemini app for Android is getting support for Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, and Spanish (Latin). It was earlier launched with support for English, Japanese, and Korean. Hopefully, Google will add support for more languages like Arabic, Bengali, Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, and Urdu.
Moreover, Gemini is now available in more countries. It can now be accessed in all the countries (Europe (EEA), Switzerland, and the UK) where Gemini can be accessed from the web. You can find the complete list here. In some countries, you can find the Gemini app on the Google Play Store, while in some countries, you can access it via the Google Assistant app.
Gemini is available on many Galaxy smartphones and tablets, including the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S24. You can download it from the Play Store or access it from the Google Assistant or Google Search apps.
