Samsung was a bit late with this month's security update, probably because it was busy rolling out the One UI 6.1 update to compatible Galaxy devices. However, after it started rolling out the June 2024 security update to the Galaxy S24, it released the update to many more high-end phones quickly.
The new security update is rolling out to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 in Europe and the US.
