Samsung has a new limited-time discount running for the 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD series. Likewise, partner retailers, including Amazon and B&H, are also offering the 980 PRO SSD at a lower-than-usual price at the time of writing. B&H, in particular, has a fantastic limited-time deal on the 2TB 980 PRO model that shaves 30% off the retail price.
Samsung USA offers the 2TB 980 PRO model for $329, down from $429. The 1TB variant costs $169 (down from $229), and the 250GB / 500GB models will set you back $109 / $69. In addition to these lower prices, customers can also save an additional 3% or 5% when purchasing a 2-pack or a 3-pack.
Meanwhile, Amazon is shaving 26% off the 2TB 980 PRO, or 25% on the model equipped with a heatsink. The heatsink is not mandatory for PC users, but it is a requirement for customers that want to use the SSD for a PlayStation 5 (PS5) console.
Last but certainly not least, B&H is offering the best deal on the 2TB model, but the clock is ticking. The 2TB 980 PRO is available for $299 at B&H, but the deal will end in a little under 12 hours from the time of this story going live. So, you may want to hurry. Check the links below for details.
