After releasing the February 2022 security update to its high-end phones, Samsung has started rolling it out to more mid-range devices. The latest in line to get the new security update are the Galaxy A32 and the Galaxy M31.
The latest software update for the Galaxy A32 comes with firmware version A325FXXU2AVB1. It has been released in Russia, and more markets will get the update soon. For the Galaxy M31, the new security update comes with firmware version M315FXXS2BVB1, and it is rolling out in Bolivia.
If you are a Galaxy A32 user in Russia or Galaxy M31 user in Bolivia, you can check for the new software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our firmware section and flash it manually.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A32 last year with Android 11 out of the box, while the Galaxy M31 was launched in early 2020 with Android 10. Both smartphones have been getting at least one new security patch every quarter. Both phones will likely get the Android 12 update this year.
