Samsung announced the Galaxy A13 last week with pending availability and pricing details. Just as quietly, Samsung released the Galaxy A13 for customers in Europe earlier today, with prices starting at €189.
The company claims that customers in the Netherlands can now buy the Galaxy A13 in either black or blue with 64GB or 128GB of built-in storage. However, although the official announcement is live, the Galaxy A13 is not yet listed at Samsung's online store in the Netherlands as of this writing. It could pop up at Samsung's e-shop shortly, or it may remain exclusive to retail partners.
Regardless, Samsung is offering the Galaxy A13 with 64GB of built-in storage for a suggested retail price of €189, while the 128GB variant is priced at €209.
Single Take camera feature for under €200
The Galaxy A13 is a budget phone through and through, but despite this, at least one feature that used to be exclusive to flagship phones has made it into its version of One UI 4.1, namely Single Take.
Samsung introduced Single Take with the Galaxy S20 flagship series and was arguably one of the most thoughtful features added to the lineup a couple of years ago. Now it's available on the Galaxy A13 — a device that can be yours in exchange for less than €200.
Other features offered by the Galaxy A13 include Knox Security, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, the Exynos 850 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging. The Galaxy A13 certainly is one of the cheapest ways to get into Android 12, and it should become available in more countries across Europe soon.
