You may have heard that Samsung's in the OLED TV business now. The company has avoided making OLED TVs for the longest time, but it's entering the ring now with its QD-OLED tech. The recently unveiled 2022 Samsung OLED TV, bearing model number S95B, is now available for pre-order.
Since OLED TVs tend to be quite expensive these days, the assumption was that the Samsung S95B would be similarly priced. On the contrary, Samsung has opted not to price this new TV at the higher end of the price spectrum.
2022 Samsung OLED TV pre-orders are now open
Samsung's latest OLED TV delivers superior quality through 8.3 million self-illuminating pixels. It's powered by a Neural Quantum Processor with 4K upscaling technology. Quantum HDR is also supported to further elevate the viewing experience. An immersive sound experience is provided by Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound support.
The S95B has a Laser Slim design, based on the inspiration from a laser beam for the extremely thin side profile. The minimal bezels also contribute to the immersive viewing experience. The S95B is also a smart TV, it comes with Samsung's Tizen-powered platform for apps, games, music and more.
This 2022 Samsung OLED TV is available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes for $2,199 and $2,999 respectively. For a limited time, customers who pre-order the S95B through Samsung's website can save up to $500 when they also purchase a soundbar.
