Earlier this year, Samsung had unveiled its refreshed soundbar lineup. A few days ago, the soundbars went up for pre-order in a few countries. Now, initial reviews of those soundbars have been published, and they've been positive.
Samsung announced that various international publications have mentioned positive things about its new soundbars. Gizmodo Australia said that the HW-Q990B, an 11.1.4-channel soundbar, has incredible performance. The tech publication praised the Q-Symphony feature and said, “The sound from the Samsung Q990B is not comparable to any other soundbar I’ve used. It truly is in a class of its own.”
The UK-based publication TechRadar said, “The sound from the Samsung Q990B is not comparable to any other soundbar I’ve used. It truly is in a class of its own.”
US-based publication TechHive praised HW-S800B's slim form factor despite it being a 3.1.2-channel soundbar. It also features Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and a 6.5-inch wireless subwoofer.
Samsung had announced 13 new soundbars for 2022, and only two models have gone on sale. The remaining soundbars will soon be launched in various markets worldwide over the next few months.
