Yesterday, Samsung released the June 2022 security update to the Snapdragon version of Galaxy S22. Now, the update is being rolled out to the Exynos 2200 variant of the Galaxy S22 series.
The latest firmware update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and the Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with firmware version S90xBXXU2AVEH. The update is currently rolling out in various European countries, including Germany. We expect other markets to get access to this new Galaxy S22 update within the next few days.
The June 2022 security update fixes dozens of known privacy and security vulnerabilities. It could also bring improved performance, better stability, and general bug fixes.
If you are a Galaxy S22 user in Europe, you can now check for the latest software update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
