Samsung is bringing its budget Galaxy M13 phone to another European country. The Galaxy M13 will be available in Spain from June 6, confirmed the company today.
The Galaxy M13 in Spain will launch in three color options: green, light blue, and pink gold. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in memory.
The base Galaxy M13 model will hit the shelves for €209, making this one of the most affordable smartphones around. Customers wanting 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage are looking at a €239 price tag.
Where will the Galaxy M13 be available?
As usual, Samsung will offer the Galaxy M13 through its online store. However, the company has also partnered with a couple of retailers, namely Amazon and PC Components. The latter two will offer the budget phone on their e-shops starting June 6.
As far as specifications go, the Galaxy M13 sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ PLS LCD limited at 60Hz, an Infinity-V cut for the 8MP selfie camera, and a rear-facing triple camera consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, a 5MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The Galaxy M13 is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and features the Exynos 850 chipset. The SoC is quite powerful for the price point, but it still carries the Exynos brand and isn't optimized very well for gaming. The M13 is on the list of Exynos-powered devices unable to run Diablo Immortal at launch due to graphical glitches.
Then again, the Galaxy M13 wasn't designed to fill the shoes of a powerful gaming device. And gaming aside, it simply isn't a phone for power users. The Galaxy M13 is an all-around decent Samsung budget phone, and it seemingly ticks the right boxes for the low price tag (it even has a 3.5mm headphone port). Will you buy one next week?
