A few weeks ago, we exclusively revealed that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be launched in the 1TB storage variant. Now, more signs are pointing towards the accuracy of our exclusive report. Yesterday, the 1TB version of Samsung's next-generation foldable phone was spotted in a Korean retailer's database.
Today, another South Korean retailer's information reveals that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be available in a 1TB variant. So, at least the South Korean market will get this ultra-high-end storage variant. Samsung could launch it in a few additional markets across the world, including the US. The phone is expected to feature a thinner hinge, a less prominent screen crease, and a thinner and lighter body.
Galaxy Z Fold 4 specifications
Most Galaxy Z Fold 4 features have leaked already. It will feature a slightly wider cover screen and foldable screen. The phone will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, 12GB/16GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage. It is powered by a 4,400mAh battery and supports up to 25W fast charging.
It will have a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The device could also feature a 10MP selfie camera on the cover display and a 16MP under-display selfie camera below the inner screen. Similar to its predecessor, it could record 4K 60fps videos using all its cameras. It may also feature 8K video recording.
Other features of the phone include stereo speakers, IPX8 rating for water resistance, fast wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, UWB, Samsung Pay, 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and USB Type-C port.
