Last week, Google announced that it had started offering Gemini Live on Android for free. However, people weren’t able to access it for free back then. Well, that’s finally changing.
According to a new report from 9To5Google, people have started reporting that they can now access Gemini Live on their Android devices without subscribing to Gemini Advanced.
It means that you should now be able to see an icon resembling speech in the Gemini app on your Galaxy smartphone or tablet. Once you click on it, you will be able to speak to Gemini in a free-flowing manner. With this feature, you can also interrupt Gemini when it is speaking to you.

We are assuming that Google is offering Gemini Live to people for free in a phased manner. It means that some people might get it before others. Unfortunately, at the moment, there’s nothing you can do to force the search giant to offer the AI-powered feature to you for free earlier.
