Do you remember the jelly bean-like creatures that Samsung's accessory brand Samsung Friends embraced earlier this summer? They're back in a new heartwarming video from Samsung, which shows what it's like living in the so-called “City of Creative Monsters.”
For those of you who don't know anything about this, Samsung Friends is an accessory brand that aims to partner with other big brands to develop cool-looking FlipSuit Cases for the Galaxy Z Flip series as well as cases and accessories for Galaxy Buds earbuds, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, and other iconic phones.
Samsung developed its accessory brand in partnership with the multidisciplinary creative studio Sticky Monster Lab, whose jelly bean-like creatures have become the face of Samsung Friends.
Now that we're all caught up, here's that new video we were talking about earlier. It's called “Samsung Friends: The City of Creative Monsters,” and spends a minute and a half giving us a sneak peek into what it's like living as a bean-like creature in the city where all the Sticky Monsters hang out. Check it out below.
The video shows these cute monsters waking up, doing their morning routines, and going to work to develop Samsung Friends accessories featuring brands like Disney, Hershey, Keith Haring, and others. Then, by evening, they enjoy each other's company and have fun in their free time.
Although odd-looking at first, we must admit these little creative monsters are really growing on us. But if you're not into Sticky Monster Lab designs, Samsung also offers FlipSuit Cases that celebrate other brands and hobbies or even the NFL.
This summer, Samsung launched a wide range of NFL-branded cases for the Galaxy Z Flip 6, featuring virtually every team you might be a supporter of, including the Kansas City Chiefs.
We're not sure the City of Creative Monsters hosts any football games, but regardless, the city seems to be bustling with life, and these jelly bean creatures really like to spend time together and hang out in front of their TVs once they've finished creating Samsung Friends accessories for you.
