Samsung Galaxy smartphone holiday gift ideas for 2024

  • Galaxy A35 ($399): This is a good budget smartphone option for people looking for one. It's not the cheapest phone in Samsung's portfolio, but it's not the most basic either and strikes a good value balance near the low end of the cost spectrum. It even has an IP67 dust and water resistance rating and a Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and plenty of brightness.
  • Galaxy S24 FE ($649): Although pricier than the A35, the Galaxy S24 FE is probably the value king of the year. No other phone blurs the lines between premium and affordable better than the Galaxy S24 FE, and it's a great choice if you want Galaxy AI for a lower price.

  • Galaxy S24 ($799): With its 6.2-inch 2600 nits 120Hz AMOLED display and powerful chip, the base Galaxy S24 is probably the best small(ish) phone on the market. It doesn't cost as much as the rest of the series, it's more compact, but it benefits from the same powerful tools as the top-tier model, save for an S Pen and camera zoom capabilities.

  • Galaxy S24 Ultra ($1,299): In the post-Note era, this is the king of the S Pen stylus experience and the most powerful and complete slab-type phone from Samsung. Granted, it's an expensive gift, but you can't go wrong with it if you want to spend that extra.

  • Galaxy Z Flip 6 ($1,099): This is not only the most compact phone from Samsung (when folded) but also a great conversation starter. It's the kind of mobile technology that makes you say “Wow!” when you experience it first-hand. A smartphone that can fold in half, and the best one at that, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 makes for a fantastic gift for your loved ones.

  • Galaxy Z Fold 6 ($1,899): This is not a cheap gift. Far from it. But you might be able to save a few hundred dollars on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 during the holiday shopping season. If you do, what you'll get is the best foldable phone from Samsung, period. It has optional S Pen support, gorgeous screens, a camera that is hidden behind the foldable display, and the power to offer a hybrid phone-tablet experience, all wrapped in an exquisite design.

Samsung Galaxy tablet holiday gift ideas for 2024

  • Galaxy Tab A9+ Kids Edition ($269): This tablet makes a great gift for young ones. Kids Mode comes with kid-friendly games and advanced parental controls, and the Kids Edition tablet features a shock-resistant case and different crayon-shaped styluses for drawing applications and more.
  • Galaxy Tab S9 FE series (starting at $449): This is the tablet you want if you don't need extras like Samsung DeX on an external monitor but want a cheaper tablet with support for S Pen and keyboard accessories. It's purely a mid-range tablet. More in our video below.

  • Galaxy Tab S9 ($799): Even though the Galaxy Tab S9 is a 2023 model, it makes the list of 2024 holiday gifts because it remains the most powerful 11-inch tablet in Samsung's lineup. And unlike the Galaxy Tab S10 series, it's powered by a Qualcomm chip instead of one from MediaTek. It has everything you need for a premium tablet experience in an 11-inch form factor, including S Pen support and a gorgeous Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120Hz display.

  • Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra ($1,199): If you really want to impress someone with a tablet, there's no other tablet more impressive than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. It has a bonkers 14.6-inch display and an ultra-thin 5.4mm profile. It is extremely powerful and eats DeX for breakfast. And it has an anti-reflection screen that really makes a difference outdoors.

Samsung Galaxy wearable holiday gift ideas for 2024

  • Galaxy Watch FE ($199): With a starting price of only $199, the Galaxy Watch FE is a great gift for anyone with a smaller wrist, as it is available exclusively in a 40mm size. The Watch FE is essentially a rebranded and slightly redesigned Galaxy Watch 4, which means it's not the top-end in 2024, but it's not a device that was built for the budget market from day one. It's a solid, albeit older, flagship smartwatch from Samsung.
  • Galaxy Watch 6 Classic ($399 and up): This remains the most powerful Samsung smartwatch featuring a physical rotating bezel. Even though it was released in 2023, it's still a gorgeous digital timepiece that works great as a gift or as something you could wear on your wrist daily.

  • Galaxy Watch 7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra ($299 / $649): The Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra were released this year and share many things in common, including the chip inside and the BioActive health sensor. The Ultra model looks bolder and more fit for outdoor activities, but as long as you pick the right model for the right person, the 2024 smartwatch series makes a fantastic gift for any fan wanting to get deeper into the Samsung ecosystem.

  • Galaxy Buds FE ($99): These are the most affordable Samsung earbuds in 2024, and they are available in two colors: Graphite and White. They are the only ones with interchangeable wingtips for the perfect fit and even offer Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound. Find out more in our review video below.

  • Galaxy Buds 3 or Galaxy Buds 3 Pro ($179 / $249): The most advanced Galaxy Buds to date, the 2024 lineup consists of two models, each powerful and redesigned. The Buds 3 Pro earbuds add extra flair with the Blade Lights, and they might offer better audio isolation thanks to the silicone ear tips, depending on the wearer's ear shape.

  • Galaxy Ring ($399): This might be the most ambitious Samsung wearable of the year. The Galaxy Ring is the first ever Samsung smart ring. It's available in a variety of sizes and three color options. It can track the user's physical activities and sleep. Best of all? Unlike other smart rings, this one doesn't require a subscription, which makes it a lot easier to present it as a gift.

Accessories gift ideas for existing Samsung fans in 2024

  • Galaxy SmartTag 2 ($29 per piece or $99 for a 4-pack): Gifting a location tracker might sound unusual, but the Galaxy SmartTag 2 is very clever and can be a great gift for pet owners. The SmartTag 2 has a feature that allows other people to help you find your pet, and thanks to improved connectivity, it works brilliantly with SmartThings. Check out our review video below for a closer look at what the SmartTag 2 can do.

  • Galaxy Z Flip 6 Flipsuit Case ($59 or more): If you have a Galaxy Z Flip 6 user in your life, gifting them a Flipsuit Case is bound to get a positive reaction, especially if you buy one featuring their favorite football team. Samsung offers Flipsuit Cases featuring numerous NFL teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders, and many more.
  • Galaxy Book Cover Keyboards: For the Galaxy Tab S user in your life, a keyboard cover can really change the way they use their tablet and enhance their experience. The Galaxy Tab S9 and Tab S10 series keyboards are interchangeable (sans the base model), and you can pick from Slim or regular sizes at varying prices.
  • Galaxy Buds 3 series cases ($34): For Galaxy Buds 3 series buyers, Samsung offers a few case accessories, including the Clip Case with Carabiner and three Minion-themed cases.

  • Samsung Q60D TV ($499+): This is a solid low-cost TV that's a step up from the entry-level Crystal LCD series. It has a QLED panel, is available in various sizes at unbeatable prices, and with access to features only Samsung has, such as the TV Plus and Gaming Hub platforms. It's not the most high-end TV, but you can get a lot of value from it if you want something that slots in between the entry-level Crystal TVs and the expensive Neo QLED TVs.

  • Samsung QN85D Neo QLED TV ($1,399+): The Neo QLED line perhaps offers the best balance between fantastic specs and great image quality and affordability. The QN85D has a Quantum Matrix Mini LED backlight with local dimming and offers great 4K image quality along with a 120Hz refresh rate. A great and relatively cheap TV for console gamers and non-gamers alike.

  • Samsung S90D or Samsung S95D TVs: If you're looking for that high-end TV that stops you in your tracks when you see it, the S90D or S95D should do the trick.
