Last month, Samsung announced the lightest and thinnest Chromebook Plus in its class. The Galaxy Chromebook Plus then went on sale for $699, but now, it's getting a Black Friday deal.

Samsung is selling the Galaxy Chromebook Plus for $599 after a $100 discount. The device sports a 15.6-inch FHD AMOLED display, an Intel Core 3 100U CPU, 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB of eUFS storage.

The only Chromebook with an AMOLED screen

As the thinnest and lightest Chromebook Plus ever made, Samsung's laptop has an 11.8mm profile and weighs only 1.17 kg.

Other specs worth noting include a backlit keyboard with a numpad, a battery that can last up to 13 hours on a full charge, and full integration with the Google Gemini AI.

This $100 deal on the Galaxy Chromebook Plus applies regardless of whether or not you want to trade another device. As far as the trade-in program is concerned, Samsung offers discounts of up to $500 for select devices.
