Samsung spends a lot of money on the marketing of its products, especially on the Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series smartphones, holding large events, collaborating with celebrities, and putting up massive posters in key places around the globe. Well, with the Galaxy S25 series, the company is planning to take the marketing to the next level.
Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event on 22 January 2025 in San Jose. At this event, the tech giant will host a large number of people, including key personalities from the tech industry and media houses. However, the brand won’t stop there. It is planning to market the Galaxy S25 in a new way.
Samsung planning Unpacked Night for influencers of Galaxy S25
According to ET News, Samsung is planning to hold the Unpacked Night event for the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, which will kick off on the night of the Galaxy Unpacked event. At this event, it will host top influencers from around the world, whom it has been recruiting since last year for the marketing of the Galaxy S25 series.
Samsung thinks that the effect of influencers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube, has grown a lot, and if they market the Galaxy S25, it can bring in additional sales. The company also thinks that videos posted by influencers right from events are more popular among youngsters. That’s why it is planning Unpacked Night, to give influencers a platform to post videos from an event.

We assume that the South Korean tech giant will set up booths at the Unpacked Night event for influencers so that they can take eye-catching and fun videos to post on social media and video streaming platforms. At this event, Samsung will also have its officials interact with influencers to strengthen relations with them, most probably for future marketing purposes. This is the first time it has held such an event.
