Samsung has given its ATIV Book 9 Plus laptop a nice little upgrade in the U.S.. A new variant has been launched in the country, sporting a Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage – the original model is still available with a Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage, so you now have two models to choose from, depending on your processing and storage needs.

The rest of the hardware remains the same, including the 13.3-inch screen of 3200×1800 resolution, one of the sharpest around in the notebook world. The upgraded ATIV Book 9 Plus can be pre-ordered starting today for $1,800, with retail availability to follow later on in November.
