It recently came to light that Samsung is expecting to sell more than 40 million tablets this year, gaining considerable tablet market share, and also hopes to focus its efforts on tablets a lot more next year, including those with 12.2-inch displays and larger ones. Now, a report suggests that Samsung plans to dominate the tablet market in 2014 includes releasing multiple tablets at multiple price points.

It's a strategy that has worked well for Samsung when it comes to smartphones. For every budget, the Korean manufacturer has numerous devices on offer; some would be right to think that they have more devices than would be necessary, but since it's something that has helped Samsung become the largest mobile manufacturer in the market, applying the same strategy to tablets seems (in Samsung's mind) the only suitable thing to do.

What do you guys think? Should Samsung continue this constant barrage of new devices, or trim things down and focus more on a selected number of phones and tablets?
