Samsung already has a substantial lead in the smartphone market, and according to J.D Power's latest survey, the company's feature phones also sit right at the top in terms of consumer satisfaction, a position it shares with Nokia. The survey was conducted among 1929 feature phone owners who have had their current device for less than a year, and the results bode well for Samsung's smartphone sales in the future, as feature phone users usually opt for the same brand when moving to smartphones, and also because Samsung expects most of its smartphone sales to come from the low-end and mid-range segment of the market in the coming years.
