SamMobile released a couple of weeks ago version 4.0 this is version 6.0. So wich means 2 steps newer.
The ICS update for the Galaxy S II is almost done worldwide only some Asia, Africa and USA countries are still waiting.
Hopefully Samsung will end this month with the Android 4.0.3 updates for the Galaxy S II their next focus is Android 4.0.4 for Galaxy S II and Note.
