Samsung had a point to prove when they released their first Galaxy Note device in 2011 but since then, it's been a rollicking ride. Not only the series has enjoyed success globally but also in Samsung's home market where they've managed to sell over 10 million units of Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Note 3 cumulatively. Sure, the number reflects the units shipped to carriers and other seller channels but it's a good number for South Korea.
In addition to the large screen, Galaxy Note's S Pen input is the next touted feature as it takes advantage of the Wacom digitizer, which isn't found on many mobile devices.
Samsung is even celebrating the milestone by offering some customers chance to win tickets to musical or even a camera.
