The Galaxy Note 3 Neo is the latest handset for which Samsung has released the kernel source code. The mobile was officially announced at the end of last month, and although the device hasn’t launched yet, Samsung has released its kernel source code on its Open Source Release Center. The Galaxy Note 3 Neo will not be making its way to the U.S. or the U.K., but will be available in other markets globally. The Note 3 Neo will be offered in two variants: One with a model number SM-N750 which is a 3G version, and the other with a model number SM-N7505 which is the LTE version.
Kernel source code for both versions of the device is now available. The devices will feature Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and as such the kernel source is for a Jelly Bean build. Samsung is set to divulge further details regarding availability of these handsets next week at the Mobile World Congress. Until then, feel free to tweak the source code.
