Samsung suffered a blow in the Tokyo District Court earlier today as Judge Koji Hasegawa ruled that Apple didn’t infringe Samsung owned patent.
Samsung alleged Apple’s devices like iPhone 4s, iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to infringe on the data communication patent but the Japanese court didn’t find any infringement by the American company.
Samsung and Apple have been waging a legal war for the past couple of years with no certain outcome.
Samsung plans to appeal the court’s decision after a “thorough review of the ruling.”
