The Galaxy S5 was more colorful than other recent Samsung flagships, launching in four color options right from the get-go – black, white, blue and gold. If you were counting on the Galaxy S5 Prime offering something more in that regard like it will be doing in terms of hardware, then you're going to be disappointed – according to @evleaks, the S5 Prime will be available in “black, white, gold, blue, and sweet pink. Evleaks mentions the Korean variant of the phone in his tweet, but other than the pink version, we should see all the other color options made available worldwide. Even the pink version might make its way to other markets later on, though traditionally these have remained exclusive to countries like South Korea and Japan.
The Galaxy S5 Prime is expected to sport a 5.2-inch QHD (2560×1440) display, an Exynos 5430/Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel rear camera with Samsung’s ISOCELL technology, LTE-A connectivity, and Android 4.4.3 KitKat. The phone is tipped to go on sale as early as mid-June, with a metallic design that we'd very interested in seeing in the aforementioned color varieties.
Samsung SM-G906, the "Galaxy S5 Prime" for Korea, to come in five colors: black, white, gold, blue, and sweet pink.
