It looks like Samsung really doesn't want its upcoming tablets with AMOLED displays, the Galaxy Tab S, a secret. We've already seen the Galaxy Tab S in a plethora of leaks and rumors, and now, even the first official firmware for one of its variants has gone online ahead of its June 12 launch. Firmware for the Wi-Fi variant of the 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab S (SM-T800) for several countries are now available on our firmware servers – they are also online on Samsung Kies, but since the tablets are currently unreleased, that's not of much use to anyone.
As usual, these firmware can come handy in restoring a device to its stock software, and for the more advanced folks, to take a look at the files inside and extract things like Samsung's apps, wallpapers, ringtones, and more. Head to our firmware section to download the firmware if you're interested (search for SM-T800 to find all firmware for the device.)
