Samsung today expressed how the company felt for its Portable SSD T1 (the name is pretty self explanatory if you aren't aware of the product) after the device won a slew of design awards and accolades from critics. Samsung did so in a blog post on the Samsung Tomorrow blog.
The company went on to subtly list the awards that the Portable SSD T1 brought home, including CES Innovation Awards, iF Design Award and the Red Dot Award in Germany. “We are very proud that the technological advancement and the innovative design of the Portable SSD T1 have been recognized again with these prestigious awards,” added Un-Soo Kim, who's the Senior Vice President of Branded Product Marketing at the Memory Business division at Samsung Electronics.
The Portable SSD T1 comes with 1TB of storage, and does read/write speeds of up to 450MB/s via the USB 3.0 interface.
