Verizon has launched the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 for its customers today. It's positioning the tablet towards customers who might want one for the whole family, pointing out the fact that the tablet has features like Multi-User mode that enables separate logins and allows each user to save settings and keep information private.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has an 8-inch WXGA 1280×800 pixel resolution screen, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 16GB internal storage with microSD card support, 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front camera as well as a 5000mAh battery. The tablet is powered by Android Lollipop. Customers can pick up the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 from Verizon for $249.99 or for $10.41 per month for 24 months on Verizon's installment plan. The tablet can also be purchased on Verizon with a new two-year contract for $149.99.
