We've received information that Best Buy has released the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge today to customers who have placed a pre-order with the retailer. Starting today stores can start scheduling customers for pre-order fulfillment as well since Best Buy has started sending out pre-ordered units. Despite the early release the retailer is going to keep pre-order signage for the Galaxy S7 up until the morning of March 11 which is the official release date for the new flagship handsets.
Customers who go into a Best Buy location to pick up their unit can expect to find accessories for the new handset as well which can also be ordered online from the retailer's website. As many of you might be aware by now, all customers who pre-order the Galaxy S7 or the Galaxy S7 edge will receive a free Gear VR from Samsung, so Best Buy customers can expect the virtual reality headset to be included in their package as well.
