Following Samsung Pay’s successful launch in China earlier today, the South Korean company has just revealed that its now added compatibility to its mobile payment platform for sixteen new banks and credit unions in the United States. Amongst the newly-supported banks are the Bank of England, BHCU, Fidelity and Old National.

The full list can be seen below:

  • Altra Federal Credit Union
  • Bank of England
  • Benchmark Federal Credit Union
  • Blackhawk Community Credit Union
  • BHCU
  • Fidelity Bank
  • Founders Federal Credit Union
  • Greater Texas Federal Credit Union
  • Henrico Federal Credit Union
  • Kern Schools Federal Credit Union
  • Justice Federal Credit Union
  • MSU Federal Credit Union
  • NuMark Credit Union
  • Old National Bank
  • Star One Credit Union
  • TruWest Credit Union

It’s important to bear in mind that although Samsung Pay may support a specific bank, it may not have compatibility for all cards that are issued from that bank, which means you’re going to need to head over to Samsung’s website to see which cards are compatible and which aren’t.
