Samsung is rolling out an update to the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge with fixes for security vulnerabilities from the month of May. This is the second time the company is pushing out the Android security patch before the month is over, with the first time being the May update for the Galaxy Note 4, which arrived in April. Well, today's rollout is a one-off case – the update is available for the S7 and S7 edge on carrier Orange over in Spain, but we're sure it will make its way to the unlocked variants soon enough.
Got a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 edge? Make sure you check the notifications to see if the update has arrived for you; if not, head into the Settings » About device menu and hit the Download updates manually button to try your luck.
Thanks, Henk!
