Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 7 early next month and so far we've seen a lot of rumors and leaks concerning this flagship handset. Another version of this handset has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database, it's the Verizon-bound SM-N930V though it appears to be a test unit for the largest carrier in the United States.

The benchmark result shows that this SM-N930V is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor – the same processor that powers the Galaxy S7 – and is coupled with 4GB of RAM. However, we know from previous reports that the Galaxy Note 7 is going to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and Samsung's Exynos 8893 processor in certain variants coupled with 6GB of RAM. The test unit could just be under testing on Verizon's network so it doesn't necessarily have the final specifications. Samsung is yet to announce when the Galaxy Note 7 is going to be unveiled but there's some evidence to support the theory that it's going to be announced on August 2nd.
