After delaying its launch by several months, Samsung will finally launch the Tizen-based Z2 in India on August 23. The company has sent out media invites for the launch of a Tizen device, and it could be the Samsung Z2.
The Samsung Z2 is expected to feature a 4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA front-facing camera, and a 1,500 mAh battery.
It could feature the My Money Transfer app and the S Bike Mode. Apart from India, Samsung is planning to launch the Z2 in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, and the UAE. It is expected to be priced as low as $70.
